Transformation is not just about healing what hurts — it is about becoming who you were always meant to be.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment science and Polyvagal Theory (developed by Dr. Stephen W. Porges), recognizing that the nervous system carries the imprint of our lived experiences. Many patterns that limit us today were once intelligent adaptations for survival.
When the nervous system shifts from protection into safety, something profound happens:
clarity returns, confidence strengthens, and new possibilities emerge.
I offer an integrative, depth-oriented approach that works at the level of the nervous system, the subconscious, and identity itself. This may include:
This is not surface-level change.
It is integrative, identity-level transformation.
Whether you are healing from trauma, strengthening resilience, elevating performance, or seeking deeper purpose, our work unfolds in alignment with your nervous system’s readiness and your inner capacity for growth.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
And the process is collaborative, grounded, and guided every step of the way.
Understanding Trauma Response
The language I use to describe trauma responses — including fight, flight, freeze, and fawn (a term popularized by trauma therapist Pete Walker) — comes from established trauma research, attachment theory, and nervous system science.
These frameworks help us understand how adaptive strategies develop in response to stress, childhood experiences, and relational wounds.
I use these models as compassionate maps — not labels — to support awareness, healing, and nervous system regulation. Your story is always more nuanced than any framework.
